His 32 years distinguished military career spanned three decades and three wars against Chaina, Pakistan and East Pakistan (Bangladesh). He has an outstanding career record in the Army. He is a mechanical engineer background and got extensive training in Missiles from Russia. He always says that – The world has knowledge and resources, what is needed are commitment and action. The Opportunity for action has never been greater, nor its need more urgent.

Responsible for establishing the airline & legal company structure including branches and holding companies leading to the successful creation of an airline in Argentina targeting 50 short haul and 20 long haul aircraft – recruiting, hiring and building the local management team including Commercial setup, HR, Finance, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Ground & Crew, leading to the accomplishment of route concession and AOC & P145 startup in one of the world’s most challenging countries. Also responsible for analyzing the market, establishing a callcenter and sales and distribution channels leading to a clear choice of path forward in South America. Several years of experience with heavy aviation both as aeronautical engineer, airline captain and instructor. Had the great opportunity to be part of the team to set up cargo operation with aircraft for Norwegian post. Later been part of the world’s best 5-star airline Qatar Airways and been part of Norwegian world’s largest low-cost short- and long-haul airlines operating B737 and B787 with 12,000 international employees, where I was captain and responsible for creating CRM and Human Factors programs. This operation won Skytrax – best airline in Europe and the world several consecutive years.

Lately have the pleasure of being COO, Director of Quality & Compliance and Director of Business Development in Norway’s biggest on shore helicopter company with Part 145, CAMO and the newest helicopter Airbus AS350 fleet in Europe.

While broken bones may heal and pneumonia can be recovered from with time, some people have paid an even higher price for their survival & great services on high hills. There was “no Sunday, no Diwali and no Holi” for her. Anything can happen at anytime on the mountains. Taking on the toughest highest peaks is an adrenaline-filled medical activity fraught with danger of life & death. Her success is recently received highest recognition from the President of India.
